Engineer as Product Support Specialist - Tunisia (m/f/d)

Your profile

  • You are a university graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English skills, ideally also good German skills
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy imparting knowledge to other people
  • Regular travel is a matter of course for you
  • You have a structured and independent way of working 
  • You have a high level of commitment and a "hands-on" mentality
  • You are proficient in the common MS Office products

What you will do in the role

  • You work together with your colleagues in our global product support team and support our sales partners in direct dialog with technical problems with planning, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
  • In order to keep our sales partners up to date, you will conduct technical product training courses; at our own locations as well as on site at our external sales partners in over 130 countries worldwide
  • You support the internal sales teams in technical matters and help to develop individual, technical project solutions
  • Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
